Trained as a video editor and animator, Michael moved into agency work where he learned web design and campaign strategy. With almost 10 years of experience, Michael has learned what works, what doesn't, and when to take risks.

Xack Gibson has seen tremendous success within the past few years and is a major asset to every Pixel Pretzel client.  His videos have enjoyed airtime on MTV and PBS, while his design work has been featured by industry design leaders Behance and Abduzeedo. 

Xack brings a unique outlook to design, creating pieces that balance fresh creativity with commercial appeal. This outlook has proven to be  valuable for countless clients.

Jeffrey Waggoneer

Audio Engineer / Sound Design

Audio can make or break any media project. Jeff has a passion for getting great sound and is always striving for that “perfect mix”. Jeff has a very wide range of experience. He’s gone from field recording on the streets of South Africa, to tech-ing at conferences of 50k+ attendees. He’s spent the past couple years working as Engineer/Sound designer for commercials and documentary film making and has recently been working as Sound designer for the award winning children’s show, The Flizbins.
